Best dim sum in NYC yet not expensive. Great dining atmosphere, friendly waiters and waitresses. Downside is the long wait time on weekends and holidays. But if there is no long line for dim sum on weekends then you know there got be some kinds of problems with the restaurant.

Don't bother. The dim sum is decent, nothing special, if you can actually get any. We waited and waited to get food and it seemed like we were in Siberia. If we hadn't ordered Peking duck from the menu we might have starved. I saw people chasing down the carts for the first time ever in dim sum restaurant. The duck was tasty. We would never go back

We are a 95% Chinese family of 32; 12 siblings, 8 spouses and 12 children. Whenever we all want to have dinner together we have to go out, because none of us has the ability to have that many people at one home. East Harbor Seafood Palace is our favorite place to go. Whether we order a multiple entree family style meal or choose their unbelievable selection of Dim Sum, the food is fantastic. Their bacon wrapped shrimp balls are out of this world ! ! ! It has the best authenic Chinese Food period.

I've been told that dimsum in Flushing is the best but I'm not too sure given how amazing East Harbor Seafood Palace is. Everything is fresh and hot and delectable. Customer service is on point with attentive wait staff and polite ladies who push the carts. Also, not sure about you guys, but I've found it difficult to find good egg tarts in the city. East Harbor has never failed me! Their egg tarts are always fresh out of the oven and warm to the touch. They're not that crazy shade of food-colored yellow you see at some bakeries. In short, I do recommend this and will be returning.

Standard dim sum fare that was delicious. Good prices. Parking around the area was tough. Best to walk there or take transit if you can. Very busy but plenty of food kept coming around in the dim sum carts. Enjoyed it with extended family.
